Main responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment:
  • Posting vacancies on specialized platforms and in social networks.
  • Active search for candidates through databases, recommendations, professional groups and platforms (in particular, Robota.ua, LinkedIn).
  • Conducting initial interviews and evaluation of resumes candidates.
• Organization of the hiring process:
  • Coordination of interviews between candidates and management.
  • Formation of personnel reserve for key positions: sales manager, warehouse worker, assistant accountant.
• Analysis and reporting:
  • Keeping reports on vacancies, search and closing stages positions.
  • Monitoring salaries and labor market conditions in your industry.
• Supporting new employees:
  < li>Organization of the adaptation process for new employees.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience 1 year of work as a recruiter or HR manager.
• Skills find candidates through various sources (job search sites, social networks, recommendations).
• Communication, proactivity and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
• High self-organization and responsibility.
• li>Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation will be an advantage.
