A Ukrainian company that has been producing high-quality building materials and providing professional services in the construction field since 2007 is inviting a Recruiter for permanent employment. 

Responsibilities:

• Create a portrait of the ideal candidate in cooperation with department heads; 
• Create search strategies and post vacancies on various job sites, specialized and local Telegram channels, as well as other media sites. 
• Analyze resumes, coordinate candidates with managers; 
• Conduct interviews, check recommendations, present working conditions to candidates; 
• Make offers for future employees.

Who we are looking for: Recruiter who will help find personnel for production and construction. The office and production are located in Odesa region.
