Our partner is an international retail company, a distributor of world brands in search of candidates for a Recruiter

Duties:

• Conduct a full cycle of personnel recruitment;
• Close vacancies for senior and middle management, narrow-profile experts in various areas business;
• Effectively cooperate with internal clients (head of departments);
• Develop job descriptions for placement on various online platforms;
• Monitor and analyze the labor market;

 Requirements:

• Experience in direct search for candidates (Executive, Headhunting, social/professional networks, references, personal networking, other channels);
• Full higher education (master, specialist);
• Experience as a recruiter - at least 3 years.
• Work experience in retail - will be an advantage
