We are an American company with with Ukrainian roots "Zviger LLC", which since 2017 has been providing a high-quality service for the selection of cars from the USA and Canada. We organize and control the entire process - selection, acquisition, logistics, insurance and customs clearance.
We are currently looking for a recruiter to help our HR department build a strong team of A-players!
Key tasks:
- Search and selection of candidates of different levels of complexity;
- Organization and conducting of interviews with selected candidates;
- Qualitative selection of candidates for different departments;
- Adaptation of new employees at the first stages;
- Work in the internal CRM system;
- Reporting on the personnel selection process;
- Work on filling the educational platform for our teams.
It is important for us: p>
- Experience of finding candidates using Boolean Search and X-ray;
- Experience of finding candidates to close vacancies from various countries;
- Search experience candidates using LinkedIn and Facebook;
- Experience in recruiting for 2+ years, closing positions of various levels and complexity.
