Recruiter in Optima Hotels & Resorts

Ukraine's largest hotel chain Optima Hotels & Resorts, which provides high-level services in the field of hospitality, operates in accordance with European guest service standards, announces an open search for the Recruiter position  

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year; 
• Experience of mass recruitment; 
• Knowledge of search methods; 
• Experience in direct search and headhunting of candidates (preferred); 
• Excellent communication and written communication skills; 
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment; 
• Orientation on the result, attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Search and adaptation personnel (line staff of hotels, mass recruitment);
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Conducting initial telephone and personal interviews with candidates, collection of recommendations;
• Participation in adaptation, motivation and personnel development programs;
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.
