Our client, Comforto, is a modern Ukrainian furniture manufacturer founded in 2017. The company offers stylish and high-quality solutions, working through a dealer network and its own stores. Comforto actively responds to market trends, providing a high level of customer service. Currently, the company has 17 employees in production and 6 in the office.

In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for an experiencedRecruiter who will help find talented employees for our company.

Your tasks:

• Building and systematizing the recruiting process.
• Searching for candidates of various levels.
• Creating a search strategy based on the vacancy.
• Quality writing of the vacancy text.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates.
• Conducting analytics on your work and on the funnel recruiting.
• Entering a candidate database.
• Receiving recommendations from past workplaces.
• Finding new channels for attracting candidates and constantly working with these channels.

• Adaptation of new employees.
• In the future - the development of the HR function in the company.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Has experience in the position of Recruiter from 1 year.
• Experience of successfully closing production, office and line vacancies.
• Understanding various methods of personnel search , including non-standard channels.
• Possessing the skills of building recruiting analytics.
• Skills to adapt to changes and effectively manage time.
