Main duties :

• participation in the development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining staff;
• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for compliance with the company's requirements;
• conducting analytics and reporting on vacancies;
• receiving recommendations from past workplaces.

You are our candidate if you have:

• experience as a recruiter for more than 1 year;
• knowledge and use of various channels and methods of searching for specialists;
• ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
• high level of time management;
• experience in closing production vacancies (preferable);
• ability to communicate effectively and quickly resolve issues;
• > high level of responsibility and organization;
• aspiration to master the field of personnel management.
