We are an American company with with Ukrainian roots "Zviger LLC", which since 2017 has been providing a high-quality service for the selection of cars from the USA and Canada. We are currently looking for a recruiter to help our HR- department to build a strong team of A-players!

Key tasks:< /p>

• Search and selection of candidates of various levels of complexity;
• Organization and conducting of interviews with selected candidates;
• Qualitative selection of candidates for different departments; /li>
• Adaptation of new employees at the first stages;
• Work in the internal CRM system;
• Reporting on the selection process staff;
• Work on filling the educational platform for our team.

It is important for us:

• Experience of finding candidates using Boolean Search and X-ray;
• Experience of finding candidates to close vacancies from different countries;
• Experience of finding candidates by using LinkedIn and Facebook;
• Experience in recruiting for 2+ years, closing positions of various levels and complexity.
