Your function and challenges in this position:

• Search and recruitment of personnel, closing of vacancies of various levels of complexity;
• ? Conducting telephone, online and personal interviews, evaluating candidates;
• Conducting labor market monitoring;
• Analysis and reporting;
• Interaction with internal customers to understand requirements to the position;
• Management of the hiring process and support until the moment of starting work and during the adaptation period.
  
  Our requirements for the candidate:
• Experience in a similar position; 
• Competent written and oral language; 
• Communicability, empathy, proactivity, independence;
• Experience of working with various methods of personnel search.
