Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting;
• Skills of effective search and selection of candidates;
• Proactivity and self-organization;
• Spoken English at the Intermediate level (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Keeping a full of the recruiting cycle;
• Writing and publishing an ad on job search sites;
• Processing applications for vacancies;
• Search for candidates (active search, search for candidates using social media networks, LinkedIn, Dou, Facebook, etc.);
• Communication with company department heads regarding open vacancies;
• Conducting interviews;
• Closing positions to different departments of the company;
• Development of new engagement strategies.
