Basic tasks:

< li>Full recruiting cycle from communication with the hiring manager to the offer to the candidate
• Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management)
• Conducting interviews and assessment of potential candidates
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments
• Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system
• Management of CRM, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings< /li>

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or completed professional courses (we consider candidates without experience but with a great desire to learn)
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to work with stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time
• Experience in finding candidates for top positions will be a big plus
