Requirements and responsibilities:

• Higher education;
• Experience in recruitment for at least one year (the experience of closing vacancies as a sales consultant, KAM, KAT, sales manager will be an advantage);
< li>Ability to quickly and efficiently close vacancies of various levels;
• Good skills in conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates;
• Independence, analytical thinking, diligence;
• Ability organize your work in multitasking mode.

Functional duties:

• Active recruiting, conducting interviews;
• Providing feedback to candidates;
• Maintaining a candidate pool;
• Confident user of Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram channels;
• Entering information in weekly/monthly reports;
