While working for us, you will need to perform the following duties :

• improve and optimize the processes of recruitment, adaptation and team motivation;
• select employees for office and work specialties;
• work with job portals;< /li> employees, (control of PC connection, issuance of corporate phones, SIM cards)
• to conduct an analysis of the level of wages in the market;
• to take care of the "moral climate" of the company;
• li>organize and conduct company corporate events;
• organize staff training (if necessary)

What we expect from you:

• experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years in companies with a staff of 200 or more.
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legal acts regulating labor relations;
• ability to work with a large amount of information;
• confident user of MS Office, 1C.

Working conditions:

• Official employment.
< li>Official salary according to the results of the interview.
• Work schedule - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sat, Sun - day off.

• The office is located: Skvyra, str. Zaliznychna, 10 (free transportation from B. Tserkva).
