• Has 2 years of experience in the field of HR;
• Has experience in recruiting personnel of various levels;
• Fluent in all types of interviews;
• Knows and uses various candidate search channels;
• Has active lifestyle, purposeful and stress-resistant.

Duties of our future colleague:

• Supporting personnel selection from the withdrawal of the application to the candidate's departure for the job;
• Conducting telephone, online and offline interviews;
• Managing the candidate database;

• Participation in all HR projects according to workload.
