Medics Opika is a team of doctors and nurses who provide care to palliative patients.

Our service provides medical assistance to patients free of charge through cooperation with the National Health Service of Ukraine.

Our mission is to provide the necessary medical and psychological assistance to patients with serious diseases at their place of stay, teaching their relatives the basics of patient care.

In connection with the expansion of our services, we are looking for a recruiter to join our team.

Main duties:

- write job vacancies and post them on job platforms;

- process job reviews;

- conducting interviews with evaluation of candidates;

- planning and reporting on closing positions;

- selection of candidates for the reserve;

- participation in the development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining staff;

- work with documentation (entering the candidate's personal file into the CRM system);

- compliance with work rules and standards;

- correctly register information in the database.

Requirements for the candidate:

- work experience in a similar position;
