We are currently looking for a specialist for the position "Recruiter" who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company.

Main responsibilities:

• Posting information about company vacancies on specialized Internet resources and other search channels;
• Conducting interviews, recruiting personnel for vacant positions;
• Maintenance of internal reporting on the search and recruitment of personnel in the company;
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.

Requirements:

• You have experience in the position of personnel manager/recruiter from the 1st year;
• Have knowledge and experience of actively using all tools of active search and attraction of candidates;
• Have a high level of responsibility and self-organization, focused on result;
• You have high communication skills;
• You are passionate about your work, willing to learn and develop in the field of HR .
• Know how to set priorities
