Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel for various vacancies (top managers and line personnel).
• Conducting telephone and video interviews.
• Assessment of candidates and recommendations for managers.
• Participation in the formation of the personnel reserve.
• Maintenance of the candidate database and process support adaptation of new employees.

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year.
• The ability to find an approach to candidates and communication skills at a high level.
