What will need to be done :

• Full cycle of recruitment for production positions (search, selection, interviews);
• Cooperation with by department heads to determine personnel needs;
• Publication of sales vacancies on job portals and social networks;
• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Maintaining a database candidates and report preparation.

Who is our ideal candidate:

• Experience of working as a recruiter of 6 months;
• Experience of working with production vacancies will be an advantage;
• Ability to quickly find effective solutions for closing vacancies;
• Skills in working with various personnel search channels (job portals, social networks);
• Communication, organization, responsibility and proactivity :)
