Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting (preferred);
• Desire to develop in the field of recruiting;
• Communicativeness, focus on results and the ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Possession of the necessary skills, methods and search tools for qualified specialists, understanding modern trends in search channels.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews;
• Using various channels for searching and promoting vacancies, including the use of social networks and professional platforms;
• Conducting regular labor market monitoring;
• Maintenance of candidate database;
• Participation in HR projects.
