We are a company "Express Tehbud" which specializes in the delivery of materials - crushed stone, sand, soil, concrete mix, concrete and solutions, rent of special engineering and construction. We invite to the team - a Recruiter.

We need you to:

• create and post vacancies on job search platforms, conduct analysis, provide reports;
• organize and conduct interviews;
• help newcomers adapt;
• form and keep in good condition database of candidates;
• organize team building, training programs and trainings for the team.
• assist the HR manager in other tasks and strategies of the department for working with personnel.

• you have 2 years of experience as a recruiter;
• you know how to win and be the first;
• you know the difference between HR and a recruiter;

• you have a desire for self-improvement and development.

• work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 5/2 Sat. Sun. weekend;
