Winner Imports Ukraine - the official importer of Ford, MG, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche and Bentley is looking for a Recruitment Specialist.

Requirements for candidates: 

• Completed higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year in the field of HR recruiting at various levels;
• English language - intermediate oral and written;
• Proficiency in various recruitment methods;
• Proficiency various interview methods (structured, competency-based interview); 
• Successful experience of conducting phone/in-person interviews with candidates;
• Ability to analyze candidate resumes in a structured manner;
• Ability to organize your work (prioritize);
• Excellent communication skills;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Customer orientation and focus on results.

Among the main responsibilities:

• Implementation searching for candidates for vacancies using job sites, social networks, databases, etc.;
• Conducting telephone/online/offline interviews with candidates for open vacancies;

• Organization of interviews of candidates with managers/supervisors;
• Collection of recommendations; 
• Preparation and announcement of a candidate's job offer;
• Providing rejections to candidates; style="font-weight: 400">Organization of internship/practice for students/pupils; 
• Cooperation with recruiting agencies in terms of personnel selection;
• Organization of participation and participation in events directed to promote the employer brand.
