Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruitment ;

• Experience in closing job vacancies, line personnel and C-level positions;

• Proficiency and successful use of modern recruitment methods and tools ;

• Proficiency in various interview methods (structured, competency-based interviews); 

• Successful experience of conducting telephone/personal interviews with candidates;

• Qualitative assessment skills; p>

• The ability to analyze candidates' resumes in a structured manner;

• < p>Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage;

• Ability to organize your work (prioritize), time management;

• The ability to find an individual approach to each person;

• Customer orientation and ethics;

• Oral and written competent communication;

• English B1 (written and spoken).

Main Responsibilities

• Effective closing of vacancies of various complexity;

• Search for candidates using job sites, social networks, databases, etc.;

• Conducting phone/online/offline interviews with candidates for open positions;

• Qualitative assessment of candidates' competencies regarding suitability for the position;

• Presentation of the company and processing of candidates' objections if necessary;

• Organization of interviews of candidates with managers/supervisors;

• Recommendation collection; 

• Maintenance of the candidate database and key metrics for working with vacancies in the SAP SF HR system;

• Organization of participation and participation in events aimed at promoting the employer's brand;

• Cooperation with recruiting agencies in terms of personnel selection.
