Requirements
1 year of experience in recruitment ;
Experience in closing job vacancies, line personnel and C-level positions;
Proficiency and successful use of modern recruitment methods and tools ;
Proficiency in various interview methods (structured, competency-based interviews);
Successful experience of conducting telephone/personal interviews with candidates;
Qualitative assessment skills; p>
The ability to analyze candidates' resumes in a structured manner;
Ability to organize your work (prioritize), time management;
The ability to find an individual approach to each person;
Customer orientation and ethics;
Oral and written competent communication;
English B1 (written and spoken).
Main Responsibilities
Effective closing of vacancies of various complexity;
Search for candidates using job sites, social networks, databases, etc.;
Conducting phone/online/offline interviews with candidates for open positions;
Qualitative assessment of candidates' competencies regarding suitability for the position;
Presentation of the company and processing of candidates' objections if necessary;
Organization of interviews of candidates with managers/supervisors;
Recommendation collection;
Maintenance of the candidate database and key metrics for working with vacancies in the SAP SF HR system;
Organization of participation and participation in events aimed at promoting the employer's brand;
Cooperation with recruiting agencies in terms of personnel selection.
