We are looking for an experiencedRecruiter for mass selection of call center operators.

You will be responsible for the full call center hiring cycle (80% call center operators), namely: accepting a search application, creating a flow of candidates and pre-selection according to the requirements of the vacancy , organize interviews and control the finalization of the process.

It is important for us:

• Willingness to spend 100% of time searching for and interacting with candidates;
• Experience in mass recruitment from of the year - mandatory;
• Ability to work not only with job search sites, but also to independently contact passive candidates, use alternative search tools and work with the hiring manager independently;
