Ukrainian-American food company "Ukrainian Armor" is looking for aRecruiter( closure of IT/non-IT positions) to jointly contribute to the provision of high-quality technological armor protection and to reach new heights in the industry that helps protect the most valuable thing - human life.

• You have 2 years of experience in the field of recruiting: successful search, hiring and adaptation of personnel, closing several vacancies in the company at the same time;
• You are able to effectively identify, evaluate and attract candidates taking into account the company's criteria;
• You have knowledge in the field of HR management, global methodologies and tools;
• You know what systematic work is and an orientation towards achieving high results;
• You have a high level communication skills.

It will be great if you have:

• Understanding/interest in the field of modern military equipment;
• Recommendations from previous places of work.

Your tasks will be:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle: creating a job description, working with search sources, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, drawing up a final offer;
• Negotiation and signing of contracts with employees according to the type Preparation of necessary documents: cooperation contract, NDA, agreements on material responsibility, etc. (they have already been developed); Work on improving hiring processes;
• Work with the team and its motivation;
• Help in organizing team events.
