What you will do:

• Actively search for candidates through various channels: job sites, social networks, referrals and other sources.
• Working with the internal database of candidates, maintaining its relevance and attracting potential candidates.
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial selection of candidates for compliance with vacancy requirements.
• li>Organization and conduct of interviews, assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates.
• Communication with candidates at all stages of the process, providing feedback.
• Determination of personnel needs together with managers departments, compiling job profiles.

Required experience:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Confident recruitment and selection skills;
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
