Responsibilities:
Collection of requirements, compilation of job profiles;-
Posting of job vacancies on Internet resources;
Working with reviews and cold database, active search for candidates, presentation of vacancies;
Conducting initial interviews and interviews;
Evaluation of the candidate for the suitability of the position profile, identification of the applicant's strengths and weaknesses;
Control of the candidate's completion of all stages of the interview;
Informing candidates about the results of the interview, invitation to work; Maintaining a database of candidates and reporting;

Requirements:
Experience in recruiting from 1 year;
Experience in selecting and interviewing IT specialists;
Knowledge of personnel selection and evaluation technologies;
Competent oral and written language;
