• higher education (psychology or sociology will be an advantage);
• experience in recruitment from 1 year;
• high level of PC skills;
• excellent communication and presentation skills;

• responsibility and diplomacy.

FUTURE DUTIES:

• qualitative and timely closing of vacancies;
• conducting initial interviews with candidates;
• participation in personnel adaptation processes;
• monitoring of the labor market and creating a personnel reserve;
• reporting on recruitment;
• participation in projects of the HR department (corporate weekly, team-building activities). THE IDEA IS:
