Key Skills:

• Confirmed work experience as a recruiter of 2 years or more;
• Experience in finding senior-level candidates for product, marketing, commerce teams;
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases;
• Knowledge of search methods;
• Experience of direct search and headhunting of candidates;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to build relationships both in person and virtually;
• Results oriented, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving ability.

Tasks:

• Describe and post vacancies;
• Search for potential candidates in various sources;
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to analyze the abilities of match-seekers;
• Conduct interviews with candidates, combining different methods;
• Coordinate with team leaders;
• Compose letters with job offers;
• Promote the company as a great place to work;
• Keep up to date with trends and new products for hiring.
