Duties:

• Search and selection of personnel for various production processes. 
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with job requirements.
• Cooperation with management to determine personnel needs.
• Management of candidate database and control over all stages of recruitment.
• Preparation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
• Organization and participation in job fairs and other recruitment events.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year.
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel search and selection.

• Developed communication skills and ability to work in a team.
