Biscuit Complex "Roshen" LLP is the first and only enterprise in Ukraine engaged in deep processing of wheat. Our latest production consists of various departments united in a single production complex:

• Elevator (reception, cleaning and storage of grain);
• Mill (production of flour for further processing);
• Department of flour processing (separation of flour into components);
• Department of drying and packaging of wheat protein (gluten);
• Department of production of enriched bran;< /li>
• Department for the production of rectified ethyl alcohol;
• Department for the preparation of syrups (molasses).

The production project provides for the processing of up to 210,000 tons of wheat per year at the planned productivity .

• Search and recruitment (production operators, engineering positions and specialists)
• Active work with job sites, social and professional networks
• Conducting phone, online and personal interviews with candidates
• Communication with internal customers, organization of meetings
• Labor market research
• Formation of internal reporting based on work results
• Assistance in HR registration and onboarding processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (specialist, master's degree) in the relevant field of training
• Work experience of 3 years or more in similar positions, preferably in manufacturing, food or trade enterprises with a staff of 100 or more
• Knowledge and effective use of various methods of search and recruitment
• Skills in mass recruitment and effective closing of vacancies li>
• Skills of communication and interaction with people
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, legislative and normative acts in the field of work
• Kindness, activity, attention to details
• Accuracy, organization, stress resistance
• Working with a large amount of information
