Description:We are looking for an experienced recruiter to work in Affiliate Marketing. The main task will be the search and selection of candidates for arbitration teams according to their requests. Your role will be to provide teams with highly qualified specialists, such as media buyers, affiliate managers, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Search and selection of candidates for positions in the field of arbitration marketing, including media buyer, affiliate manager and others.
- Cooperation with arbitration teams to understand their needs and requirements for candidates.
- Conducting interviews, assessing professional skills and preparing recommendations .
- Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
- Analysis of the labor market and use of various sources to search for candidates (LinkedIn, job sites, social networks, professional communities).
- Support of an effective recruiting process from the first contact to hiring.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a recruiter in Affiliate Marketing.
- Understanding the specifics of the job arbitration teams and roles in them.
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and evaluate their professional qualities.
- Experience with various sources of candidate search.
- High level of self-organization and attention to details.
