In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for an activerecruiter!

Main duties:< /b>

• Compilation of job descriptions for active search of employees and their placement;
• Conducting telephone interviews initial interviews, organization of interviews with the manager;
• Conducting candidate evaluations;
• Adaptation of new employees;
• Maintenance of candidate database, appropriate reporting;
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Participation in other HR projects.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in recruiting is a must personnel;
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related specialties will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and evaluation;
• Orientation to achieve results and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, and most importantly, love for people!
