What needs to be done:

• Mass recruitment for new and of the network's operating coffee shops.
• Publication of vacancies on various platforms (job search sites, social networks, etc.).
• Organization and conducting of selection interviews
• Maintenance of the database candidate data, ensuring its relevance

It is important for us:

• Experience of working as a recruiter in mass recruitment from 1 year
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools.< /li>
• High communication skills and the ability to work with a large number of people.
• Organization, attention to details and the ability to make quick decisions
