What needs to be done:

• search for candidates for open vacancies (drivers, locksmiths);
< li>conducting telephone interviews;
• planning and conducting interview;
• interaction with department heads; 
• labor market monitoring;
• reporting on the personnel selection process.

• has work experience from 1 year in recruiting;
• has good communication skills;
