Job Description: We are seeking a Recruiter with a passion for finding the best talent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around one year of recruitment experience and be eager to contribute to our company’s success. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and using data-driven methods to ensure we hire the right people who align with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct screening calls and detailed Zoom interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs.
• Use data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
• Source passive candidates by highlighting job advantages and maintaining contact.
• Ensure all candidates align with our company’s culture and values.
• Utilize Office 365, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job sites effectively.

Schedule: 15:00 — 24:00 Kyiv time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an economical specialization (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing).
• Approximately one year of experience in recruitment.
• Strong technical skills with Office 365, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with job sites.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience hiring for English-speaking positions in logistics, trucking, and companies related to the American or global market.
• Background in customer service, marketing, and sales recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment in non-IT industries.
