Due to the fact that vacancies arise not only in Germany, but also within Ukraine - we are looking for a Recruiter to work in the city of Kyiv.< /strong>

What will be included in your duties?< /p>

• quality selection of candidates, conducting initial interviews and organizing interviews with managers, up to 5 vacancies per month (store managers, drivers, warehouse workers); ;
• support of the process of adaptation of new employees and organization of comfortable dismissal;
• maintenance of candidate database;
• assessment of employee satisfaction with work and work on increasing this indicator, as well as efficiency, effectiveness and comfort of team work;
• communication with management and employees regarding work improvement companies and solving any issues.

Expectations from the candidate:

• motivated and proactive specialist who can find non-standard personnel search channels in Ukraine and Germany;
• is able to independently determine the strategy of searching and selecting candidates for various vacancies;
• has experience of working as an internal HR/recruiter or recruiter in an agency for at least 2 years (preferably);
• is able to find an approach to people, resolve conflict situations, establish communication, determine the deep needs of employees, training and development needs;
• desirable (not essential): command of English or German;
• systematic, independent in result-oriented work in a team.?
