Recruiter in Fans-CRM

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in an IT company for a new company within a holding of IT companies. The product is a CRM system for OnlyFans.

Skills you can help us with:

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in an IT company;
• Proficient verbal and written communication;
• Negotiation skills and handling objections;
• Familiarity with and ability to use boolean search;

• Understanding of IT terminology.

Responsibilities:

• Compose job descriptions and test tasks for candidates;
• Develop main scripts for communicating with candidates and responding to their questions for further use;
• Search for personnel using any available social platforms;
• Engage specific candidates;
• Systematize search methods to reduce the time required to close a specific vacancy;
• Conduct initial interviews;

• Generate reports and recruitment funnels for the manager.
