We have been working on the Ukrainian market since 2017 and produce modern, technological and efficient equipment that is used to protect military, civil and critical infrastructure facilities. In connection with the development, we are looking for a Recruiter in the team.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Management of the full cycle of personnel recruitment (sourcing / screening / interviews and interviews, sending job-offers); resources;
• Selection and assessment of potential candidates using various tools;
• Use of various recruiting metrics, optimization and improvement of the process;
• Participation in HR processes of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Professional courses completed (recruiting/hr);
• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
• Ability to manage 5-6 vacancies simultaneously;
• li>Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Job board, SignalHire, etc.);
• Effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Results-oriented, high self-organization and responsibility .
