The purpose of the position is to select the best candidates, take care of them during the adaptation period and ensure the career development of employees. The main responsibilities: Recruiting, planning and implementation of new employee selection processes, including preparation of vacancies, placement of advertisements, conducting interviews; Evaluation of candidates and provision of quality support throughout the process; Monitoring and analysis of the labor market; Adaptation, ensuring the effective process of introducing new employees to the Company, implementation of an individual plan adaptation and support of communication with other team members; Personnel development, development and implementation of personnel development programs, support of employees in their career growth, analysis of training needs and development of professional development plans; Collection and processing of personnel management documentation, preparation of reports and their analysis, maintaining databases; Participation in HR initiatives.
