THE WORK:

• Perform accounting operations in RTR, including General Ledger and Subledgers, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls. Thrive on continuous advancement by reviewing BS and PL for inconsistencies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank, payroll, taxes, accruals, ICO), demonstrating a passion for personal development in accounting processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, focusing on Accruals and Prepaids, while constantly seeking innovation and advancement.
• Embrace challenges as opportunities by identifying and resolving cross-process issues in PTP, OTC, and TE, supporting audits.
• Support period close and closing reporting, with a forward-thinking and growth-driven approach to process improvements.

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Degree in Accounting, Economy, or Finance.
• Minimum B2 level in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in Accounting with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset; experience with G Docs, Trixes, and related tools is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing time efficiently.
