1) We have been working since 2008. Our company has more than 3,000 relevant, unique objects, the base is filled with new objects every day.

2) WE ADVERTISE at the expense of the company (for realtors and for owners - free of charge), ALL OBJECTS FROM THE BASE!

ADVERTISEMENT OF ALL OBJECTS IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE COMPANY. 3) TRAINING - we have FREE! 

4) Our employees regularly conclude contracts and carry out agreements

  • if you go to another Agency, check at least in 5 different employees (with different periods of employment), when were their last agreements and how were they settled? have you paid all the commissions or not? because many real estate agencies promise the same conditions "from the start", and after the agreement, the realtor receives a completely different commission (they can "cut" for fictitious non-improvements or for some fictitious advertising)

Having personally attended several transactions, even a new realtor will be able to explain to the client the entire procedure for conducting a purchase and sale agreement at a notary public! agreements or the client, after the deposit - will be transferred to the manager (or lawyer) and then the manager (lawyer) himself closes the transaction without you, and you just "run and show objects", while you do not grow professionally, but run like an ordinary locksmith or advertising manager, and simply show objects. - In this case, do not count on big $ profits, the client will not properly evaluate your competence and work (if you are not a professional), and in the future the client will turn to the manager, and not to you as a specialist.

  • while the developer is building and there is something to sell - as long as you have a job, as soon as everything built by the developer is sold - you will be fired, since there will be nothing to sell.   • working for a developer, you will only learn to draw up real estate according to an investment contract and/or a contract of assignment (transfer of rights). YOU WILL NEVER FIND OUT THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE OF SELLING REAL ESTATE THROUGH A NOTARY, because in new buildings there is no ownership right, so transferring ownership through a notary is pointless. You will not learn how credit agreements, mortgage agreements, how gift contracts and real estate exchanges are drawn up, how to sell or buy a separate plot of land or a plot with a house, how to buy or sell commercial real estate and much more. ALL THIS - we will teach you for FREE!
  • at the developer, almost all objects are typical - there are 2-3 options of 1-room, 2-room, 3-room apartments and everything that distinguishes "Stalinka » from the "Tsar's House" or from the KT, KTU series, etc. - You will not know, because it is not necessary when working with a developer.
