Real estate manager in BUD DEVELOPMENT, BK

"BUD DEVELOPMENT, BC" is a leading company in the field of construction and real estate development in Ukraine. We specialize in the creation of modern residential complexes, office buildings and commercial facilities.

Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a real estate operation manager who will be responsible for the management and support of our facilities.

Tasks:

Organization of the work of technical personnel

- Conducting preventive and repair work on objects (search for repairmen/contractors)

- Interaction with tenants, control of payments

reporting and budgeting for real estate maintenance

- Monitor the timely reading of meter readings

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position from 2 years

- Higher technical education

- Knowledge of legislation in the field of real estate exploitation

- High communication skills and leadership qualities

- Responsibility, organization and attention to detail

- Salary 50,000 UAH style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">- Schedule 5/2, 9:00 - 18:00
