Company Godan Serwis sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw is looking for a Real Estate Analyst< /strong> to our new project. The person in this position will be responsible for market analysis, real estate assessment, and making investment decisions. To main tasks Real estate analyst will be responsible for:

Main obligations:

1. Analysis of the real estate market :
   < li>Current monitoring of market trends, prices and demand/supply levels.
2. Assessment of real estate value :
   • Analysis of real estate data , such as purchase price, location, size, state of technology and infrastructure.
   • Preparation of income analysis and investment return.
3. Reporting and preparation of analysis :
   • < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Creating detailed reports, charts and presentations concerning investment values ​​and perspectives (with Excel and PowerPoint)
   • Preparation of risk analysis.
4. Monitoring legal regulations :
   • Tracking changes in the trends of the real estate market.
   • Analysis of the impact of new regulations on activity and investment in real estate.

• experience w pracy min. 2 lata, mile widziane experience in institutions related to real estate
