Our client, a large manufacturing company, is opening a competition for the R&D TECHNICAL LEAD position.
Purpose of the position:
- Technology Product Development Team
- Formation of hard+soft+body product development teams
- Formation of goals for the team
- Ensuring efficient work of the department
- Organization of management processes of the full life cycle of the technical part of the product, including creation, updating, improvement, operation and servicing
- Resource allocation management: budget, personnel, contractors
- Research and implementation of new ideas, technologies, processes and approaches
- Ensuring timely implementation of product development roadmaps
- Creation, management and development of the hard+soft product development team, formation of IPRs to improve existing skills and acquire new ones.
Requirements for knowledge and skills:
- Management qualities, to coordinate team work
- Technical product management skills
- Technical skills (knowledge of the principles of electronics and software);
- Readiness for relocation in Ukraine (event)
