R&D Project Manager (Product Development & Delivery) in ACCORD CONSULTING

Our Client is a company that creates breakthrough solutions working in the field of robotics. In connection with active growth, invites a system Project Manager to the team, who will turn our innovative prototypes into reliable serial products. Your area of ​​responsibility is the path from the approved "PoC" (Proof of Concept) to mass production and release to the market.

If you are able to synchronize mobile application development, firmware writing and case production into a single coherent plan - this role is for you!

?? Your tasks (Responsibilities):

• Management of the full cycle (SDLC + HDLC): Management of Software and Hardware development from the PoC/R&D stage to Mass Production and software release.
• Planning: Construction and control of the project Roadmap, taking into account different methodologies (for software and hardware).
• Synchronization of flows: Coordination of the work of cross-functional teams: designers, Embedded developers, Backend/Frontend, QA and designers.
• Work with production: Control of deadlines for preparation for mass production (DFM, ordering components, testing of first batches).
• Work with risks: Forecasting "bottlenecks" in component supply chains or technical limitations and their early solution.
• PMO processes: Project documentation management, budgeting, reporting to stakeholders and compliance with quality standards.

Our expectations (Requirements):

• Experience: 2+ years in Project Management, in Hardware/IoT projects or understanding the specifics of development devices.
• Methodologies: Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban, as well as ability to work with Gantt charts and critical path.
• Systematic: You are a structure person. You do not forget about documentation, risks and budget.
• Technical literacy: Understanding of the stages of electronics development and software development.
• Communication: Ability to clearly set tasks, demand results and reasoned refusals.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Project Manager in the IT field,with experience in Hardware/IoT/Embedded projects.
• Toolkit: Confident knowledge of Jira (Advanced Roadmaps, Structure), Confluence or similar.
• Soft Skills: Ability to find a common language both with introverted engineers and demanding customers.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for working with documentation and suppliers).
