About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager to manage the development and implementation of innovative projects in industry. As an R&D Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating research and development initiatives aimed at improving products, processes and technologies within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers and manufacturing to manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate several R&D projects in the industrial sector, starting from idea generation before product launch.
• Coordinate specialists to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Work closely with the R&D team to identify new process improvement opportunities.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, management, economics or other related discipline; master's degree preferred .
  • Experience (5+ years) in project management, especially in R&D or industrial sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of industrial processes, technologies and product development cycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and work in a dynamic environment.
