R&D Operations & Project Manager (Ops/PM in R&D) in Go interactive!

We are looking for an R&D Project Manager who will be the central point of coordination between the R&D teams and all key stakeholders. The main task is to make statuses and priorities clear to everyone and help make quick decisions.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in Project / Delivery / Operations Management

– Coordination of cross-functional teams (engineers, QA, hardware, ops)

– Ability to quickly understand technical products

– Organization, structuring chaos in clear processes

– Communicability and emotional intelligence

– Flexibility, quick decision-making in non-standard situations

– Experience with hardware / embedded / UAV / robotics / defense

– Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, ClickUp, Notion)

– Experience in startups or small fast-growing teams

Responsibilities:

– Gathering, structuring and sharing information from R&D

– Organizing plans, demos, retrospectives, daily/weekly sinks

– Maintaining the backlog and product roadmap

– Monitoring the status of tasks, risks, changes in requirements

– Communication with teams, founders, investors and by clients

– Early detection of risks and planning for their elimination

– Continuous improvement of processes, documentation and knowledge exchange
