AsaQuickBooks Accountant, you will:Organize company accounts toensure that they are consistent with business purposes andUS accounting rules inQuickBooks Online.Prepare financial statements, budgets, and other reports using accounting software such asQuickbooks (day-to-day).Manage the document workflow within the company.Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure timely closure ofthe period inQuickBooks Online.Contribute tothe automation and optimization ofworkflow processes.Provide support tothe company’s management and other departments onfinancial matters.The Ideal Candidate:Bachelor’s Degree inaccounting orfinance.Strong knowledge ofcash management.3+years ofpractical experience asanaccountant.3+years ofQuickBooks Online Advanced experience, with acomprehensive understanding ofits features and functionalities.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge ofFinancial Reporting Standards (FRS) orGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).English (C1-C2), particularly inthe context ofbookkeeping documentation and written correspondence with customers and vendors.Have keen attention todetail for accurate and error-free data entry.Strong MSOffice skills, specifically knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Excel and ability tolearn new applications.
