First of all, about the challenge. Bringing the plant's quality system to a new level is difficult, but very interesting! Our product is the first floating all-terrain vehicle . It is focused on the delivery of goods to hard-to-reach places. Together with the World Food Program (WFP), a food aid company in the UN system, we are actively working in Africa. Sherp all-terrain vehicles were used in rescue operations at the Kakhovskaya HPP. We have many similar cases, but we are only at the beginning of the journey and there is a lot of work ahead to build a quality system not only in Ukraine, but also in hubs abroad! Our requirements: Complete higher education, preferably technical. Work experience in a specialty from 2- x years in large machine-building/automotive manufacturing companies; preferably foreign or with a built-up vertical of quality according to the type of foreign companies in the positions of head of the quality department, quality director. Experience in building a quality system with the fulfillment of set goals and awareness of the requirements for that result. Purposefulness and orientation to obtain the desired result. A modern systematic approach to building quality production Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. Experience in drafting manuals/checklists with check points for VTK controllers for various production sites. Experience in implementing defect analytics in various production sites. Experience in interacting with the chief technologist service to resolve system errors. Knowledge of EKSD, desirable Inventor/ SOLIDWORKS. Experience in 1C, preferably BAS ERP. Experience in automating processes related to product quality assessment. Participation in the introduction of new products into mass production. Experience in the implementation of the 5S system and Lean methodology (preferred). Knowledge of Excel at a high level. English at the "above average" level for communication with partners. Functional responsibilities: Development of internal quality standards according to ISO 9001:2015 and their implementation in production. Management of a team of VTK controllers and quality engineers at all production sites. Determination of control points in production for the further writing of instructions for VTK employees to control the quality of products produced at the plant sites. Moderation of the analysis of internal and external errors (complaints) in a cross-functional team in order to determine the main causes, corrective and preventive measures with further verification of their implementation and effectiveness. Standardization and automation of quality management processes. Participation in the implementation of the 5S system and the Lean methodology (in the future). Support of Sherp foreign factories in the implementation of the quality system. Working conditions: Full-time, five days from 8-00 to 17-00. Official employment.
