Right now we are looking for a Manager for the quality and efficiency of business processes

Main duties:

• Coordination and support of current projects in the field of warehouse and transport logistics
• UIS_TT, ERP, systems development TMS, OMS, as well as the organization of integrations between them
• Preparation of technical tasks, participation in tests, recording and description of incidents/errors
• Analysis of current business processes and development of proposals for their optimization
• Interaction with IT specialists, contractors and internal divisions of the company
• Support of efficient operation of warehouses and transport processes, participation in the launch and testing of new solutions.

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Full higher education (master's/specialist)
• Has practical experience in automation and optimization of transport logistics processes, launch and support of projects in large logistics companies of Ukraine, including projects in the field of e-commerce
• Experience in the implementation and development of TMS, WMS, ERP systems, participation in the design and construction of integrations between IT systems
• Practical experience in preparing technical tasks, conducting system and functional testing, documenting and description of detected errors
• Strong analytical abilities, skills of systems thinking and working with data. Developed communication skills, experience working in cross-functional teams, the ability to effectively coordinate the work of the involved units. which is developing
